At LivingDeal, returns are easy! We strive to offer the best shopping experience, including fast and hassle-free returns. Please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to process your return.
Products with quality problems
We guarantee all of our products against material and workmanship defects within 30 days of receiving your order. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Customer Service within 30 days, we can offer you an exchange or full refund*. We will be responsible for all shipping fees.

The products are fine, but I changed my mind
Products with no quality-related issues can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return under this policy. Returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging. LivingDeal is not responsible for return shipping fee's. Re-stocking fee's may apply if the item is not in its original condition to a maximum of 15%.
You can choose to receive store credit for your return, a replacement if the product is damaged or have the original payment method refunded. Any associated return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
I have an old voucher but cannot use it
Any vouchers from our old platforms are unfortunately non-refundable. In January 2013 LivingDeal Corp. changed ownership and under the new management local coupons or vouchers were no longer sold or offered on livingdeal.com or livingdeal.ca. If you have a printed voucher we are unfortunately not able to track its history or validate if a refund or redemption ever occurred. Therefore we are unable to offer any compensation at the present time. All of our customers, past or present are extremely important to us and we will do whatever we can to help mediate or credit the situation.
