That being said, we will not upload products on to our website unless they are already in our warehouse, this will ensure timely delivery & our staff can inspect all goods before it leaves our premises. Products are packed carefully and processed within 24 business hours. All orders are shipped via Canada Post, USPS & ePacket for international orders.
Delivery Time = Warehouse Processing Time + Shipping Time All orders are processed and leave our warehouse within 1 business day. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

We’ll keep you updated via email and we’ll send the tracking number as soon as it ships so you can check the status and see when it will arrive. We use USPS to ship all orders in the US and Canada Post in Canada. If you need to make a change to your address, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org before your order ships to make sure it arrives at the right place.
